Rules and Regulations
- No venomous reptiles are
allowed.
- Captive bred or
high-quality imports only. If we find an
unhealthy animal we reserve the right to
have it removed
- All animals must be
contained in a secure and humane fashion.
- Endangered and/or native
species must be accompanied by legal
documentation and/or permits.
- All animals must be sold
by Vendors only inside the Regency Ballroom.
No sales in the parking lot or surrounding
area will be permitted.
- A KRBE sticker must be
affixed to each and every container sold.
Animals without this sticker will not be
allowed to leave the room.
- Vendors and booth staff
are required to wear KRBE badges at all
times. No sharing or swapping of badges will
be permitted. Additional badges can be
purchased for $15.00 each at the front
table.
- Vendors assume all
responsibility for any animal sold at their
table.
- All vendors and booth
staff must maintain a professional attitude
at all times during the expo. Any
participants in disruptive arguments will be
asked to leave.
- The KRBE assumes no
responsibility for theft or damage to the
property.
- The show manager reserves
the right to remove any animal or person
from the show as needed.
- An inspection of tables
and animals will occur before and during the
expo. We wish to present a professional
image so try and keep your tables and
animals as clean and organized as possible.
